I wonder how Onion dude is doin. I miss that guy. The amount of onion he ate was concerning, but entertaining.

Hey, been a while. I’ve been busy, reading mostly. Finished Wind and Truth by Brandon Sanderson. Played like 3 and a half Yakuza games. I’m decently into 3 remastered, but I’m not having as good a time as I did with 0-Kiwami 2. I’m currently working on prep for my Cosmere RPG, when not working.

Merry Christmas Eve to anyone who Celebrates, generally good holiday period to anyone who doesn’t. Got to go home for a bit, so I’m having a great time. Go watch the Ithaca Saga release stream tonight, me and my friends are.

Me and a homie are out getting Ramen, listening to Wind and Truth in the car. I open the app and see that @chipthundah.bsky.social Got ramen yesterday, but we win because he wasn’t listening to Wind and Truth.

Ayyy wait Reina being a traitor was not on my December Yakuza Christmas list. I thought she was pretty as hell too… Aw who am I kidding, I still do.

TheSilenceOfHel @thesilenceofhel.bsky.social · 08/12/2024

Hey so the Yakuza games are really really good. I’m like halfway through Yakuza Kiwami, and I’ve already beaten Zero. It’s super neat.

Just got my friend to watch Your Lie in April. We’re 9 episodes in, with no signs of stopping. She isn’t prepared. She keeps asking me for a sadder show. We’ll see…

Just found out that my Abuleo is in the hospital. He fell a while back and got sepsis in his bloodstream. Kinda trying not to freak out right now. Send prayers, if your into that. He’s Catholic but I’m sure any god who will listen will do.

Saw onion dude again. He came too late for an omelette. I am so sorry, my friend, I have failed you in your quest for eggs that taste like straight onion. I will never live this down.

Great news folks, Onion dude is alive and well. He came in for Breakfast this morning, ordered an Onion and Cheese omelette. Gave him extra onions, since he likes them so much. I’m looking out for ya, Onion Dude.

Work was hell today. Big ass inspection, for a competition I never signed up for. Inspectors came in and didn’t even look at a quarter of the shit we spent so long scrubbing even LAST NIGHT. I did get to cook for this Japanese guy that came through, he was cool as hell. Stream later. Minecraft.

Stream over, made some real good progress with the mod I was most interested in. I think we’re planning on situating the base camp a bit more, but after that it’s time to go to the nether. It should be streamed, if it isn’t, sorry, tough shit. Love ya, Goodnight.

I know a lot of people find Pathfinder to be harder to get into than DnD 5e, but I honestly believe that mostly because of all of the third party support. So many live plays and explainer channels. What if y'all had a channel that explained PF2e (and others)? Stay tuned ...

The saga of Goku being the most disrespectful fucker in the universe once he knows that he’s stronger than you continues. My mans Glorio really thought he had that fight. Goku STARTED OUT fighting mans with one hand, and was talking shit the whole time. Icon.

Think I might stream today. Idk tho. What should I play if I do? Thinking of doing some FFXIV, maybe. That new raid is calling my name. Or just some leveling of SMN, since it’s not LvL 100 yet, and it IS technically my main class. Yeah, sounds good to me.

If you see this, quote with your first ever anime. The earliest show I ever remember watching was Dragon Ball Z Kai with my older brother. I think I gained consciousness when Krillin died, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. Watched all of Kai, the original, Super, all the movies, everything DB.

Dragon Ball Daima is legit so funny. How you gonna have problems show up the exact second Goku goes to take a shit? Also, Pansy is such a fun addition to the squad. It feels like she bounces off Goku’s general dumbassery well. Glorio is sus as hell. Supreme Kai is there for exposition.

Just saw a kid no older than like 6 or 7 come through my workplace playing Pokémon on a Gameboy Color. I had never been more proud before. That pride was quickly overshadowed by a random dude coming up to the Salad Bar with a plate of eggs, and putting a truly unholy amount of red onions on them.
