Black text on white page that reads:

The Rent Guidelines Board’s rent freeze for one- and two-year leases goes into effect today!

If you’re in a rent-stabilized apartment, any lease renewal starting today must remain at the same rent that it was last year.

Contact 311 and ask for the Tenant Helpline to find out whether your building is covered and your rights as a tenant.

Humans literally arent evolved—emotionally, mentally, psychologically—to deal with the volume of hate, vitriol & terror we see online daily. There is no precedent for the endless pings of global misery filling our brains at this scale. Please unplug & take care of yourself as much as possible. ❤️‍🩹

My Samus redesign with the Giger slider cranked waaay up.

Closeup of Samus in her Zero Suit which is fused to her skin.

Samus with her Varia Suit, Zero Suit, and transparent Varia Suit to showcase details of how it fits her. Also yes she has a missing hand because I think that both fits into a cannon better and is just cooler.
