tbh, we barely traded or battled lol, mostly used it to duplicate pokemon in G/S. The GBA era in middle school was nuts tho; we had 4 players linked before class making poffins like every morning, or checking each other's secret bases. We beat Four Swords during an assembly at one point too

been watching through the pre-merger x-men movies for the last few weeks. they're not. good, pretty much across the board, and it's mostly due to how fucking awful the sound is balanced. Why does every action movie made from 2000-2015 have vocals at a whisper and everything else at MAX, it's crazy
