Welp, that was annoying. Let’s get to the summer already. #EFC

It’s a golazo factory at Goodison at the moment! #EFC

If you haven’t seen enough from Charly Alcaraz at this point to think we ought to pay the very reasonable fee to make his loan permanent, then we clearly don’t see football the same. It’s an easy decision and one less thing that needs doing this summer. Get it done. #EFC

Alcaraz for Doucoure? McNeil for Harrison? Yes and yes, please. #EFC

They said it couldn’t be done, but Mark Mosey and I recorded a 2+ hour mega pod chock full of hard core Everton talk including big deep dives on DCL, Moyes, and squad building ahead of next season. Your weekend mountain to climb is here, kids! Out NOW in the usual places! #EFC

Honored to be one of those interviewed for this lovely piece on making one final trip to Goodison. For the record, I was speaking (mostly) tongue-in-cheek when I classified my harrowing journey home as a worthy price to pay for Moyes’ first post-return Everton victory. 😆 #EFC

For fans of @theblueroomefcpod.bsky.social Kick About 2.0, my old running buddy Mark Mosey will be joining me to record a little reunion episode later tonight! We’ll talk end of season, Moyes: The Sequel, and players that Everton just can’t seem to quit. Should drop Friday! #EFC

Given the age, trajectory, injury history and overall lack of production in recent years, what is the logical argument for giving Calvert-Lewin a new contract at Everton? (And no, we shouldn’t be spending considerable money to bring back a diminished Richarlison, either). #EFC

FT: Chelsea 1-0 Everton. Another classic “I can’t believe I woke up at 6 AM for this horseshit” TV viewing experience to add to the collection. #EFC

One consistent feature of my two decades supporting this club? No side makes mediocre keepers look suddenly godlike quite like Everton. #EFC

It appears that you can only play so many ultimately meaningless Premier League games at this stage of the season before it starts to really, REALLY look like it. #EFC

Significant injuries are always bad, but there is unquestionably an opportunity for something positive to come out of this for Everton. Give Jake O’Brien his shot with Branthwaite. See what you’ve got. Learn what needs doing in the summer. #EFC

As you all start learning about Kidd, prepare to be annoyed by some of his personal baggage. But given he’s just a “name” due to being a current NBA coach and not someone who will own any significant amount of the club, I wouldn’t waste too much time thinking about him. #EFC

Sinners is one of the most kickass, ultra satisfying movies I’ve seen in ages. Can’t wait to watch it again.

Maybe Everton are in the market for a CB because of departures we’re not yet aware of. But a Branthwaite-O’Brien partnership next season is, at the very least, a distinct possibility. So why not give them minutes together starting right now? Critical to know what we’ve got. #EFC

Had the ball for a fair bit here. Half an hour end and it feels like maybe a shot on target would be a good next step. #EFC

Can you imagine the Herculean task it would’ve been to keep AD’s body intact against the Thunder defense?

Ja and Memphis are so perfectly matched and I hope they stay together forever.

A win that is equal parts totally awesome and totally meaningless. Hilarious result. Damn, I love you, Everton. #EFC

If you can’t see I used my patented Michael Keane inception trick here for that goal, then you clearly don’t know me. 😂 #EFC

Never ceases to amaze me how many of Everton’s best chances end at the feet of Jack Harrison. Truly incredible. #EFC
