I took this photo ten years ago when I was in a very dark place, and wanted to express how it felt in ways. I’m in a similar headspace lately with dealing with grief. I hope it passes soon.

Update: got moved out of ICU to the step down unit yesterday. They’re saying I can be out of the hospital by midweek, hopefully. All of my test results and healing progress have been impressive, according to everyone I’ve spoken to. 🙏🏻

I’ve been in the hospital since yesterday morning for a heart attack. Just got a catheter test done on my heart and it doesn’t look good. Several major blocked arteries and stents alone won’t help. So I have to have major open heart bypass surgery in the coming days. I’m so fucking scared, y’all

Officially over half of my pandemic weight gone. First time under 320lbs (145kg) in years. I wanna get back to about 280lbs/127kg. Hopefully I can start going to the gym again when I get employed. For reference, I was near 370lbs/168kg at my peak. I don’t wanna be that heavy again.
