WE’RE IN THE FINAL WEEK OF MISS MINA. THIS IS NOT A DRILL! A were-jaguar. On an airship. Trying to rescue her father. Honestly, what more could you want from a comic? MISS MINA AND THE MIDNIGHT GUARDIANS: BOOK THREE is live on Kickstarter. www.kickstarter.com/projects/fun... @xongbros.bsky.social

I gotta show my wife. She was obsessed with Jem.

Define "Irony." Saw this on a FB page dedicated to AI prompts.

A meme where a woman is throwing another woman into a dumpster for being an AI Prompt "thief."

Always happy when a Kickstarter I supported surprises me in the mail. I forget I order, and suddenly BAM! @badbugmedia.bsky.social delivered again with #murdermary

Absolutely. Passing of the torch is a great way to handle it. ...when done right.

I really liked Hulk's version of it. But I'm biased AF. I love the big green lug.

I never felt Wolverine was introspective enough to answer "Who wants to live forever?" But to be fair, I stopped reading them a long time ago now.

I'm not even gonna pretend to disagree with this. Especially the X-Men. It's fertile ground for new powers and evolutions. If I might be so very bold... Wolverine can be the first to go.

It's a really strong piece. Fantastic work as always!

Yoko Kanno is an international treasure. She's not always original, but she always puts her spin on everything she does and elevates the finished product. Love her and seatbelts.

The latest from @funtimego.bsky.social arrived today. Sugar Bomb!! So much great art here. I can't properly give flowers to all the artists. But a 3D variant, an oversized B&W variant, and all the other goodies are - if you'll forgive a pun - Tha BOMB!

Collection of items from the Sugar Bomb Kickstarter including books, bookmarks, card, sticker, and mousepad.

I wonder if I'd be happier with an armored VF that just didn't transform. It has to jettison the armor to do that anyway, so why not just make it a figure?

110

Rick Vale | VA 🎙️ @therickvale.com · 11/11/2025

The armor parts are always an afterthought. Which I get. You want a good VF toy first. Concessions to get the armor to work are unfortunate, but kinda the price of doing business. I agree that the Hi-Metal VF is a 5-star toy on its own. And yeah, the lack of stand is a crime.

So @evilrobotgames.bsky.social & I are about to move the Power Core RPG’s mecha system to playtest. I’m gonna give out some information about it, but you gotta prime the pump for this information station. Every like this gets before 0900 PST Monday, Nov 3, gets one piece of info about the rules.

Once in a while, a story and a director are so perfectly matched that you wonder why it never happened sooner. This is Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein. Elordi and Isaac are brilliant. It is perfect. If you ever loved monster movies, this is it. The magnum opus. @realgdt.bsky.social

I can't. Love it. But I can't. With the SDF-1 Reissue coming soon, I need to downsize more. Gotta sell my old Matchbox SDF and at least 1 VF. 😭Space is a premium.

Well done, sir! I concur with your assessment. I ultimately didn't keep mine. I'm down to just 4 VFs in my collection now.

All the success from the TV series hit Exodol hard. He had an influx of wealth and status. He got doped up on meth and heroin. It took a toll on his body. By the time they went to film DYRL, they were contractually obligated to keep him in the film.

The Sheryl/Ranka Macross 7 medley was great, but I can't say it makes the whole thing worth a watch. I enjoyed it well enough.

It is a very mid game. People who haven't picked it up aren't missing much. If you buy the Japanese version for the Switch, it was remarkably simple to get the Do You Remember Love content. Basically an instant download if you have a Japanese Switch Profile already set up.

My Macross Worldwide panel went well! There were some technical challenges, but we had a good crowd and had a lot of fun.

A humorous meme showing various idols from Macross thanking them for great music except Sharon Apple who gets a strongly worded "Not you."

Hey South Florida! I'm hosting a Macross panel at @otakufestfl.bsky.social Sunday, June 8th. We're talking music, romance, and mecha!
