I'm also gonna try some plant based chicken today as well, and I found it fascinating that I could perfectly read the ingredients on the plant based chicken without having to use my chem knowledge, there were no weird chemicals in it!! That's crazy

Little medical update I got some tests back and everything came back normal except for the inflammation in my gut which is still pretty high. Conveniently I learned in class today that eating meat causes inflammation in the gut, so I tried eat freeze dried pears and I feel better this morning!
