On the plus side it seems the #NERevs academy has produced another one. Judah Siqueira did not look at out of place as a 17 year old, very tidy on the ball. I’d imagine he’s on a homegrown deal by next season.

The performances since the WC continue to improve and the #NERevs finally back it up with a positive result. The attack has a lot better spacing and fluidity now. Harrison a huge plus but the development of Raines on the ball shouldn’t go unnoticed.

Each of the previous 4 #USMNT managers to get a second cycle failed miserably, and outside of the WC group stage and the Bosnia game the Poch era was pretty disappointing so there is risk here. But with how good the team looked at the WC (pre-Belgium) it’s a risk worth taking.

The #NERevs have acquired $800K in GAM for this season and opened up a senior roster spot in the last 24 hours, very interested to see the next shoe to drop. Tierney did hint at possibly bringing in two more players last week but they needed to have a player outgoing to do that.

Chris Tierney promised a DP signing and now has delivered a DP signing. I would’ve preferred someone with a little more playmaking ability to take the pressure of Gil but hopefully Harrison can come in and provide some better consistency and production to the attack. #NERevs

Rust was expected after the break but still a somewhat disappointing result. Marko still has work to do to improve their pattern of play. They play way too slow at times and whoever the front 3 is needs to make more dangerous off ball runs for Gil. #NERevs

Miller’s current contract was through 2027 with an option for 2028, so in theory this is just a 6-month extension with a club option tacked on. Obviously great business for the #NERevs but from a #USMNT perspective the hope is Miller is in Europe before this extension begins.

What’s pissed me off about Americans saying they’ll only watch the highest quality league instead of supporting their local team, it belittles those who have. These comments are never directed towards fans in Argentina, Turkiyë, Serbia, etc., leagues also not as good as the EPL.
