Thank you! I've become a big fan of bison. I add brisket trimmings to give it some needed fat content. Season with chopped garlic, thyme, black pepper. Great stuff.

Braised French onion roast beef. Seared and cooked low and slow in beef broth with caramelized onions and garlic. Creates fork tender beef bursting with flavor. Served over mashed potatoes with toasted cheesy baguette. Winter comfort food perfect for a stormy day like today! #BBQmunity

Well it's that time of year again. Forty pounds of pork sausage made. Garlic, hot and fennel. And ten pounds of bison sausage. Will be packaged after a couple of days of curing and we'll be good for another year.

We lost my father in law last December 10th. The last few months he was here were difficult. You try to control the things you can and accept the things that you can't. Lean on friends and family for support and be there for each other. It helps. Wishing you strength during this time.
