I went to a local trans and gender diverse swimming session last night, as I was going into the changing room the person in front of me turned round and said "you don't want this room". I spent the whole session feeling uncomfortable, unwelcome and not wanting to join in with any of the socialising.

Had my 12 weekly T shot today and had a different nurse than the usual one, which is always a worry cos some go way to quick and it stings like a mf. Thankfully she was really good and kept it at a decent pace so no stinging or painful butt for the rest of the day 🙂
