Has anyone used a smartwatch to help monitor a heart condition? Obviously you can't *rely* on a smartwatch, but there are a lot of claims by some that they can detect if your heart goes into a-fib. I am wondering if anyone has personal experience with that??? Trying to find one for my dad.

I threw my back out yesterday doing squats. I love that life at 40+ is a neverending cycle of doing something for your health that ultimately injures you, just so you can hurt yourself all over again while rehabbing said injury. Stay young, kids. Stay young.

Just left the doctor's office with my mom. She has breast cancer, but she has a great prognosis (🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞🙏) thanks to early detection from a routine mammogram. We have no family history and she had no symptoms (to my knowledge). Ladies - get yourself checked annually!!! It's so important.

After 4 months of physical therapy & hard work, I got a compliment on my butt from a stranger the other day. I have been riding that high for a few days, but I just realized I have to do this forever - if I stop burning out my glutes, my butt goes away. Working out feels like a ponzi scheme.
