A customs summons went to a payments clearinghouse demanding "any and all records" on four labor and climate organizations. None of them were served. None were told. No judge reviewed it: not because anyone cut a corner but because that's how the instrument was built.
Certified in 2008 for Narcotics operations, used in 2026 to investigate churches.

Pope Leo XIV warned of a private power that exceeds the State and answers to no one. Three weeks later, a leak exposed the guest list of Thiel's secret society: Treasury, a NATO commander, the data-broker chairman, the senator who regulates him. theramm.transparencycascade.org/p/the-power-...

A city found out their warehouse was sold to DHS by reading the newspaper. Rockefeller Group paid $12M in 2023, sold to ICE for $70M cash, 483% markup, 1,500-bed detention facility. The mayor was never told. That's not a failure, it's the process working as designed. theramm.substack.com/p/surprise

The FBI Director told Congress fewer than 100 Epstein documents mention Trump. The NYT counted the DOJ's own release: 38,000+ references across 5,300+ files. That's not a mistake. That's the operating system. theramm.substack.com/p/kash-patel...

Liberty in chains. Resigned to arrest because she had “failed to disperse.” Smiling because she knows exactly what she is doing. The chains are part of the costume. The zip ties make the metaphor real.

The DOJ released a letter they'd known was fake since 2020, let it spread for hours, then exposed it. This isn't incompetence—it's strategic contamination. When you mix verified evidence (flight logs, $851K overtime, flagging directives) with known fakes, both become suspect. That's the trap.

MERGENCY BRIEFING: The Supreme Court just used its shadow docket to greenlight deportations to war zones. In a 6-3 unsigned order, the majority rewarded the executive branch for openly defying lower court orders. It's a case of democratic backsliding in plain sight. #SCOTUS #ConLaw
