Pro tip for the gym. If someone starts standing over you at the gym. Pull up furry porn on your phone. Works every single time.

Post-season baseball starts tomorrow for my Padres! 🔥 If we win it all in October, I'll dye my hair regardless of what work says :3

Finally having time to collect my thoughts on #ASC2026. Such a good way to round off a week-long trip! This continues to be a con with a sweet spot in size, location & friends to see! #fursuit #fursuiting

Thanks to all of the friends that stopped by to say hi and hang out this weekend at #ASC2026! I helped run the fighting game tournaments this year for the theme of Beast Brawl: Primal Fury! Saw some intense matches played and new friendships forged! #FursuitFriday

Wondering! Are there more furs on Hevy? 👀 I’ve been using the app a lot lately to track my workouts and get inspiration from other people and their routines.

This set is special in a way that few other sets have been, as this is the set that helped me work through the emotions from coming out as trans ~two weeks before this show. I know I’m normally pretty brief on descriptions, but I want to share my thoughts, song by song, for the first half of the set

Alex M.O.R.P.H. + Christina Novelli - Utopia
This song feels like the moment I realized who I was, speaking through to myself. I felt like I finally cut through the noise inside my head, it felt like a dream, felt like utopia. As the song said, I just know that it can’t ever end.

Solarstone + Meredith Call - I Found You (Giuseppe Ottaviani Remix)
“In the darkness, I found you”

I didn’t realize how much I’d been in the dark to myself. Finding myself in this way has illuminated so much for me, it’s been quite literally like someone turning on the sun.

Tycoos + Denise Rivera - Carried By The Sound
Music is my first language. It’s been a part of my life since before I remember, as told to me by my family. So, being carried by the sound is a part of my regular routine. It’s what helps me think, clear my head, work through all sorts of complex thoughts. It only felt appropriate to work through such complex emotions with music.

Above & Beyond + Zoe Johnston - Quicksand (Don’t Go) (Ben Nicky Remix)
This song is very special, as Above & Beyond are the group that made me fall in love with trance in the first place. The line “when I have to help my heart to stand so I can say goodbye to you” hit me exceptionally hard, because I am saying goodbye to a part of me and embracing the part of me I’ve known I am deep down for years and years. It’s not a permanent goodbye, that part of me is still me, but it felt like a marker of one chapter ending and another beginning.

Alan Morris - Elation
This one, despite having no lyrics, felt like an audio manifestation of the euphoria I’ve felt the last two weeks. I’m overjoyed to be part of such a supportive community and to share in the elation and euphoria.

If you made it this far, thank you for reading, and enjoy this set.

It hurts everytime I come online now. Just watching people become strangers. People move on so fast, but i dont so it just hurts. I cant be online often due to my active lifestyle. I do not like being home. If Im not on, I am punished by watching people grow apart. I cant keep doing this to myself.

I've been thinking since I stepped down from FWA leadership about how much furry conventions have grown, and how much we now ask of the volunteers who keep them running. I decided to put those thoughts into words, and I'd appreciate it if you'd give them a read: gomi.gay/blog/26-09-0...

As Furry Conventions Grow, Our Expectations Need to Change

Furry conventions depend on volunteers giving extraordinary amounts of their time. As our events grow, we need to ask when that generosity becomes something our conventions depend on.

Furries really need to stop giving media interviews. You are not press trained. You are not speaking for the fandom. Giving interviews to suspicious entities, then acting surprised to when it is cut in a way to display furries in terrible light hurts everyone. Break the cycle
