This was right after we got home Monday evening. The house exploded Sunday, around noon. The house was vacant. It had just been sold. The realtor's sign was in our lawn. Inside, a few things were knocked off the walls, and my refrigerator door was popped open. (Shut by our petsitter) 2/3

We have a Mallard hen, nesting in our flowers, between the house & the driveway... the drake is often seen guarding in the street in the morning... We were doing yard work yesterday & I scared her off the nest & we realized there were eggs already😬...so minimal yard work in that area this spring 1/🪡

Tomorrow, there is a local "No Kings" protest. When I was a teen, my mom dragged me out to a pro-life thing that our church was doing, standing on a sidewalk in our small town and waving signs. 😐 This time, I'm going willingly, because my kids WANT to go. I'm not forcing or dragging them. 🥹
