Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Normally I avoid Bundles for sets and buy singles/draft/open collectors. Decided to chance a bundle and from nine packs, I pulled 17 Rares/Mythics....that's a damn good box 😅 000

Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Magic is cool. Magic writers are cool. @cascadecascade.com is doing fantastic work. 020
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Played my first RCQ this last Saturday. Five round Swiss followed by a tournament for the top 8. It was a wonderful turnout and every competitor I played with had great attitudes and sportsmanship. Ended up in 11th place after dropping my last two rounds, but overall I would definitely do it again! 100
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 06/08/2026I am so incredibly stoked for #MTGxHobbit! Playing sealed at my local prerelease Friday and hosting a draft of the set Saturday. Life is good. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 03/08/2026These two from Mystery Booster Commander are so incredibly interesting and/or cool to me! 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 30/07/2026Standard night! I've been really enjoying the format this year! 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 27/07/2026Very very excited for #MtGxHobbit! Planned a draft with the homies, and aiming to master set it! 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 07/07/2026I beat Final Fantasy I! Onto Final Fantasy II (pixel remaster version of both). FFI had a ton of elements I love about RPGs and shows that Square really nailed it and set the landscape for generations to come! 010
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 14/06/2026Genuinely enjoying brewing Standard decks right now. While the top decks/cards can be frustrating, the meta overall is incredibly diverse! 010

Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 02/05/2026Been messing around with a Witherbloom list for standard and this pile is almost there. Blue just has so many tools right now it's tough to handle. 010
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 29/04/2026Wanted to draft some Tarkir while it was back on Arena. Not normally a Temur guy, but took this deck to seven wins! 200
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 26/04/2026Bummer that Magic Con skipped Chicago this year, happy for all the homies who get to go to Vegas. Do cool things, have fun, and wear deodorant. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 20/04/2026So many of my local game stores have sold out of Secrets of Strixhaven. The people YEARN for Magic's IP!!! 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 18/04/2026My Witherbloom Sealed deck. Went 1-1-1 (4/3) on the night. Matches were VERY grindy, but I love that version of Magic. Only one Rare in my whole list, but the synergies were very very strong (Forum Necroscribe is BUSTED). 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 16/04/2026Strixhaven prerelease tomorrow!! What college are you representing? 000

Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 01/03/2026The TMNT commander deck is sweet, however it feels really light on removal. Any reqs? Trying to stay in-set! 100
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 17/01/2026Had the Limited itch after last night, decided to scratch it with some Arena Cube. 7-1 on this Temur pile of insane cards. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 17/01/2026Prerelease winning pile! UR Elementals, splashing two Swamps for Deceit. Second pic is the best pull I had and my Promos for top 8 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 16/01/2026Lorwyn Prerelease tonight! Starting 2026 off right!! 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 12/11/2025Finished part one. For those who are putting this off, do not. It is fantastic. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 22/10/2025Unban Primeval Titan. There are more egregious cards in the format than a six Mana ramp spell. Unban Griselbrand too. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 18/10/2025Quickly has become one of my favorite commanders. Tinkering with this list brings me immense joy, and playing it is always a good time. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 12/10/2025Visiting "war torn" Chicago tonight for an orchestra. Wish me luck 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 03/09/2025Still majorly bummed Magic Con is not coming to Chicago in 2026. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 26/08/2025Do your part! EOE was dope and WotC should know about it. 020
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 27/07/2025There is nothing slutier than the way Aragorn opens the doors in Helms Deep. 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 21/07/2025Edge of Eternities Prerelease on Friday. This set is absolute GAS. 010
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 12/07/2025Got to play some commander last night. Won a game with this card (used against a Strefan player who popped off). He killed my two opponents, allowing me to functionally take his board and win with Hot Pursuit of all cards. I think in a vacuum, both of these are bad. I won't be removing them. 😅 000
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 30/06/2025Rolled credits on Blue Prince. What an incredible experience. 020
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 25/06/2025Okay, Blue Prince is one of the most enthralling gaming experiences I've had in a long time. 030
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 08/06/2025Started playing Sea of Stars and my oldest son is obsessed! 010
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 07/06/2025Such a fantastic Science Fiction book series. This looks INCREDIBLE 020
Papa Chop @thepapachop.bsky.social · 07/06/2025Spiciest pull from one Japanese collector's booster. 000
