Pinnulas hirsutus, also known as the hairy nest bug, is a small species of parasitic insect native to Polus. They feed on blood and live in the nests of their native host species. However, they have been recorded feeding on human astronauts before. #amongusau #ISTRAau #art #bugart

A digital drawing of a pinned insect specimen. The insect is brown with long brown legs. It has four small pink wings and the insect has two big black eyes and three small simple black eyes called ocelli located on top of it's head. The insect is covered in hairs. It's abdomen has dark brown segments and light brown ones. Besides the specimen, there is a drawing of a sketchbook page. The page has a drawing of a nest and the caption below it says a quick drawing of the interior of the nest we found these insects in. The bedding here seemed to be housing at least a couple dozen individuals or so. Beneath both drawings, there is a text box that says the first image is of an insect known as Pinnulas hirsutus or the hairy nest bug and it describes that the specimen was found in an abandoned nest that once belonged to a large humanoid species of alien known as a parafian. The text also describes that the sketchbook page belonged to a researcher who was present at the time the specimen was collected.

Some quick sketches. #oc #art #ISTRAau #alien

A screenshot of a digital canvas with some quick sketches on them. The top drawing shows a humanoid creature with sharp teeth and spikes running down it's neck and head aswell as two spikes on each shoulder. It has four pointy straight horns, two on each side of the head. It has triangular markings on both sides of it's throat. The creature is growling and has some of it's sharp teeth bared.
Underneath that drawing, is another. This one is of a human astronaut without their helmet being grabbed by a pair of large clawed hands. The astronaut is panicking and afraid and desperately trying to pull away from the hands.

Impostor #amongus #art #digitalart

A screenshot of a digital drawing of a red astronaut with their stomach region splitting wide open to reveal a gaping mouth with sharp teeth and a long purple tongue. There is a red star in the corner of the visor of the astronauts helmet, this is a reference to the red eye that impostors have in the game among us. The drawing only shows the top half of the astronaut. The drawing is done on a grey background.

Blood test #oc #ISTRAau #art

A digital drawing of a tall humanoid alien with white skin, a light brown underside, all white eyes and grey spikes along it's back. The alien has 5 small pointy spikes along the top of it's head and neck and large spikes on it's back. It also has a large spike on it's elbows. The alien is growling and has narrowed eyes. It has four sharp straight grey horns, two on each side of it's head. It also has two light brown triangular markings on the side of it's neck. The alien is leaning forward and hunched over. The alien has fresh bright red blood splattered all over it's face and also on some of it's throat and it's sharp teeth are stained red.

I'm going to start tagging all of my posts related to my among us au/ oc world based off the game with the tag #ISTRAau ISTRA being the International space travel and research association which is the name of the organisation that the au focuses around.

I think you should probably get out of there... #amongus #art #oc

A digital sketch of a human astronaut without his helmet on. He is looking up behind him with fear as a tall, big alien looms over him with its jaws wide open, its jaws filled with sharp teeth and a long tongue and dripping saliva.
