I started watching Friday Night Lights a few days ago. This is must see television. I love how the show is not afraid to ask the tough question and more than that, not afraid to explore its outcomes in a very direct way. Its sensitive, its gritty, its well written. Its great.

After an extensive review, I think my stove is the issue when it comes to my issues frying chicken. I think the burner heats up too fast beyond what it says its on. I think on the lower end, medium is actually medium high or hotter. I need to try something to test it
