A perfect representation of Suti's modes: elegant beauty and chaotic derp.

Suti giving me an adoring look, but with her mouth hanging open and looking silly.

I played this while sitting in a dark room, using candlelight and a light on its dimmest setting to write by, and listening to slightly creepy ambient noise. Highly recommend!

Over the past few days, I've been playing a solo journaling TTRPG that uses tarot cards called Abyss of the Self. I've found it to be a wonderful (and gentle) tool for shadow work! It was cathartic to play through and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's only 50 cents too! toribee.itch.io/abyss-of-the...

This is a solo journal RPG that immerses you in a silent world, confronting you with isolation and surreal horrors.

Also, a photo of the letter accompanying the cards. A concept I am definitely interested in!

I got my sample cards from an upcoming tarot deck, Long Thought Lost, from @hitpointpress.bsky.social. They're beautiful! Looks like there's going to be a holo and standard version too! Definitely going to be keeping an eye on this one!

As a reminder, we’re currently technically homeless. And have precious little food. I’ll need to secure additional income for survival, but in the meantime, any donations would help us. Especially our puppy. www.gofundme.com/f/g94h3-we-n... #MutualAid #GoFundMe #GFM

Rest Before You Judge Yourself 🐾🤍

A four-panel comic featuring a fluffy black cat lying on green grass beneath a twilight sky that fades from purple to pink and yellow.

In the first panel, the cat lies awake with wide eyes. The text reads: “When I’m tired, my thoughts get mean.”

In the second panel, the cat’s eyes are half hidden as if feeling low or withdrawn. The text reads: “Less patient. Less fair. Even a little dark.”

In the third panel, the cat looks up with wide, attentive eyes. The text reads: “So if you catch your mind being hard on you…”

In the fourth panel, the cat is peacefully asleep with small “Zzz” symbols beside its head. The text reads: “Perhaps a nap would make it sound a little kinder.”

Ordered @yoshiyoshitani.bsky.social 's new oracle deck last weekend, which just released today! It should be here tomorrow and I planned on using it on stream on Thursday, as long as I feel well enough! Based on what I've seen in the storybook, I know I'm already going to adore it!

Realized I forgot to share here, oops! I finally got a cat last Friday! Meet Suti! She's an absolute sweetheart and a bit of a velcro kitty, always liking to be near me. I have already filled my phone with so many pictures of her. I love her so much!

Favorite oracle deck: The Fablemaker’s Deck of Many Things This one functions both as an oracle deck and as a Deck of Many Things for D&D! It has questions called Seeds of Change that are great for journaling. You can even roll a D20 for a question! Plus, just look at it. It’s gorgeous!

Favorite tarot deck: Seasons of the Witch Winter Tarot I love the concept, showing the shift of meanings within the context of a season and how that applies to “spiritual seasons.” As someone who mostly uses tarot for shadow work, I like the energy this brings. I eagerly await the other three!

Hey, all! I just wanted to post about my two favorite decks I got this year, as a way of looking back on things and closing out the year that way. I'll be choosing one tarot deck and one oracle deck, and writing a short post about them below!

Since the new year is nearly here, here's a Year Ahead Spread to check in with what the year ahead might hold for you, with some questions for self-reflection. If you want more of a shadow work/self-reflective energy, try the Seasons of Life Spread instead! #tarot

An image titled "Year Ahead Spread."
Nine cards are in the image. Card 1 is placed in the center. Cards 2-5 are placed around card 1 in a circle, starting with 2 at the top and going clockwise. Cards 6-9 are placed in the corners, starting in the top-left with 6 and going clockwise.
The questions are as follows:
1. Theme
2. 1st Quarter
3. 2nd Quarter
4. 3rd Quarter
5. 4th Quarter
6. What lessons from last year will I be integrating?
7. What new lessons will I encounter this year?
8. What needs to be released so I can work towards my goals?
9. Where can I be growing and expanding more?

An image of a spread titled "Seasons of Life."
In the center, there are two wheels. The outer wheel has the words "winter," "spring," "summer," and "autumn" spread out at regular intervals to signify the seasons of the year. The inner wheel goes from black to white, signifying the light levels associated with the passing seasons.
In the center of the wheels are eight cards, spread out evenly in a circle, with number 1 starting at the top.
The questions are as follows:
1. What is coming to a close in my life?
2. What flickers of light am I missing in the darkness?
3. What is being renewed in my life?
4. What seeds am I planting for my future?
5. What needs to be nurtured further to encourage growth?
6. What is blocking me from experiencing success?
7. Where should I celebrate progress made?
8. What needs to be released?
