Lol she just wanted to hit him back up. I don’t know who cares about a random bathing suit from years ago. People be people-in 🤣

Something I want to challenge in management is the idea that someone must take on extra responsibilities for 3-6 months before they are promoted. As a tech lead (w/ reports) before the pandemic I thought, ya ok this is doable. But jumping into Eng manager during, I no longer hold this view. 🧵

Scrolling the skyline, it’s obvious that Black people and LGBTQIA+ people are the backbone of the content creation here. It’s not surprising, given the level of vitriol on twitter, that those are the communities searching for a better platform.

Waking up to BlueSky is such a calming experience. It’s a vibe that can’t be replicated on the other app. I feel like I’m in the trenches with these devs reporting bugs to improve the experience for us all. Vs on the other app, I was just sad for those devs and hoped they could get out ASAP.

Is the ALT text bugging out for anyone else on this app? Every time I try to write ALT text, my keyboard covers the “save” button and the text input box and doesn’t allow the text to be saved to the image.

This is a beautiful full circle moment. This year I am proud to officially announce I am a #RenderATLAmbassador! In 2021 my experience @RenderATL was my FIRST time feeling truly *at home* at a tech conference. It's a dream to represent and show up for this org. Tickets at renderatl.com
