My partner drove me to a quiet and secluded FKK beach when I was feeling unwell. Everything about it was perfect. The light, the water, the location Nature really is the best medicine, I started feeling better immediately #naturistlife #skinnydip #chronicillness #mecfs #healthybynature

I nearly always prefer a punchy contrast in B&W images, it adds depth and definition, without that you get a flat and washed out image. But that's just my preference. There are no rules in photography, if you like it, it's right.

I don't post about my chronic illness often. It already takes up so much of my life that I'd rather my feed didn't too. But it's invisible to most people, and staying quiet keeps it that way. So now and then I'll share the bad days as well as the good. It's part of the NL for me.

I have CFS/ME. Today it forced me to rest with a surprise energy crash (PEM - Post Exertional Malaise) as we were about to go out. Naturism isn't always about naked days on sunny adventures; sometimes it's lying bare and honest about the days my body says no #naturistlife #mecfs #chronicillness

Theo has M.E. and today his body has crashed with an episode of PEM or Post Exertional Malaise. He lays on a bed with white cotton sheets and pillows resting to help his body recover. The image is in a contrasty black and white tone to signify the mood of losing a days holiday.

I'm used to swimming nude so it felt completely natural, but it was exhilarating to snorkel skyclad for the 1st time in such warm and clear water. The feeling of the sea flowing over my whole body never fails to invigorate, I'll never wear trunks again unless I can't avoid doing so.

It's beautiful, except for the main road running directly past the hotel! We can hear Golden Jackals howling in the night as they track through the forest, it's both haunting and beautiful.

Have fun when you do! Don't compare yourself to others, put in the work and learn the basics of the craft, there's so many free resources available to learn from. And you don't need a flashy camera. I only use my phone most of the time. Have fun with it.

10/10 recommend! I meant to buy underwater housing for my phone before we came away so I could film some of the aquatic life to share, but was too busy with wedding 📸 in the lead up and forgot! 🫥 I certainly don't trust the flimsy looking 'watertight' cases they sell here to protect my phone 😂

There was probably around 50 cigarette butts! Also, coffee cups/lids (put the butts in the cups) a whole lilo, miniature booze bottles and various other plastic detritus that had washed up. Hopefully it will stay that way, but I'll be going back and will do it again if needed. 😊

I carry a lightweight folding litter picker, gloves and rubbish bags when I go on any adventures. Because stuff like that is everywhere, it's disgusting how people treat our beauty spots and always makes me feel sad, but happy when it's cleaned up again. Leave it as you find it or better #trashtag
