Say it ain't so! Tapas is shutting down service. Am I the only comic artist who's going to have to relocate a story? What are some alternatives you guys are looking at? (I'm thinking Comic Fury or GlobalComix.) Tapas' statement: tapas.io/newsfeed/271

A statement from Tapas:
After more than a decade, the very difficult decision to wind down the Tapas platform has been made.
We know this news may come as a surprise to the Tapas community, and we understand that this is a significant change for the readers,
creators, and partners who have been part of Tapas over the years.
With this transition, users can no longer acquire Ink starting October 1, 2026. Users will be able to use any remaining Ink until March 31, 2027.
The end of service date is March 31, 2027.
Thank you for being part of Tapas and for making this community what it is today. We're incredibly grateful to the creators who trusted us with their stories and to the readers who supported those stories and helped them reach new audiences. The countless stories, connections, and communities built here will always be an important part of Tapas.

Happy birthday, Grafit, and thank so much for the free resources! I'm also tickled to see one of my community picks (from the excellent Steel Lady pack) in the roundup. Cheers! (Also attaching the censored pack image for those who don't want to clickthru for artistic nudity.)

A quick 22 sec video so you can appreciate the shine of the gold & silver ARTISTRO pens. (Plus a little shameless plug of my art! <_< www.angelasasser.com ) #artvids #art #artsupplyreviews

Very impressed with the Gold & Silver paint pens from the ARTISTRO brand! I usually run out of my paint pens while signing prints. PROS - Crisp fine lines that aren't goopy - Quick drying - Sticks to coated paper - Very opaque on black & white paper CONS - Not v shiny, but a decent semi-metallic

A photo of the paint pens writing on an art print on semi-gloss photo paper. The art is by me, which you can see more of at angelasasser.com

ARTISTS! Here's your semi-regular reminder to check your Patreon Creator acct settings to make sure that Free Members can leave comments. This is DISABLED by default! Here's what a Free Member sees by default unless you change your settings. There're so many times I wish I could comment, but can't!

Quickie look at my first Fourthwall samples, which are all quite nice! I’ve been testing out this option as a free shop alternative for artists after learning about its passive fee structure. What questions & concerns about them should I address in a full review later? Let me know in the replies!

Desk mat with stitched edge featuring an illustrated design of a blind angel. Nice printing and the stitching is luxurious, though I may up the vibrancy and highlights in my art before printing next time.

The current state of The Muse's Library! - I'm currently consolidating everything from my old ladydove7-stock/themuseslibrary acct on DevART & uploading downloads to Ko-fi. - Most everything, barring exclusive stocks, will be FREE! - Please excuse my dust while I adjust my 1000s of deviations!🥲

The old ladydove7-stock account on DeviantART. Now called The Muse's Library.

I no longer collect this artist (to put it mildly), but I'm culling books from my collection to help with medical bills. This is a rare bundle of the #Angelarium KS 1st edition books + extras. I'll be happy to see it gone towards a good cause! www.ebay.com/itm/22683240... More book culling to come!
