Don't they look good together? This amazing art of Howard and Philip by @meikesandwich.bsky.social is available as a shirt, hoodie, and more in the new Square Butterfly Interactive store! There's lots of cool stuff to check out, so go check it out! I wonder if they have stars and anchors, too?

I can’t believe I forgot to cross post this Anyway! An attempt at a classic 2D Disney style! Used 101 Dalmatians for reference, mostly (I forgot Disney geese existed so Nessie is more duck like here) #tiodm #fanart #theislandofdoctormorose

Made a little bite sized theory video on why Howard wasn't accepted to work on the island! Major spoiler warning though!!! #theislandofdoctormorose @tiodmgame.bsky.social

For real. I'm a huge Bond fan but this was the most "one and done" game I've played in a long time. It lacks so much of the open ended arcade elements of GoldenEye and even IOI's Hitman games

Late to the party, but I thought I'd share the 9 games, movies, and anime that shaped me

Honestly this is a great practice and I hope more games get this treatment in the future. I still can't believe they didn't do this with the Switch 2 edition of Breath of the Wild

Howard and Tekki having fun at a matsuri! After the last livestream I wanted to draw him reconnecting with his roots and enjoying something cultural! What could be more fun than a festival or night market? 🎆 #myart #art #TIODM #yumesky #yumeship #theislandofdoctormorose #OCxCanon #selfship

Tekki (my OC/sona) and Howard Plunkett from "The Island of Dr. Morose" at a matsuri. They are wearing kimonos, sharing traditional snacks and enjoying the fireworks. We are wearing masks featuring popular characters such as Cure Happy from Smile Precure and Doraemon.

$20 off my most anticipated game of the year is exactly the win I needed today

Connor KDot @themissinglettr.bsky.social · 27/08/2026

Crazy how I went from passively excited last year, angrily dismissive a few months ago, to completely disinterested now having seen gameplay. It looks like such a SLOG. GTA V and RDR2's gameplay already made me wanna eat drywall, and seeing them lean into that more is a good reason to skip this one.

I finally got a decent PC a while ago and I can finally try playing Spider-Man with some modded suits. I started with my two favorite movie suits and- Oh... Oh they're beautiful.

Huh. The PlayStation 5 that has been working perfectly fine since I picked it up in 2021 has suddenly had more trouble reading discs after the latest update. Weird, right @playstation.com? Surely this wouldn't be intentional on your end, right?

Connor KDot @themissinglettr.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

This was a long ramble post, but in the end I guess it's a posthumous appreciation post for Bluepoint games and Japan Studio. Your work will always be appreciated.

Connor KDot @themissinglettr.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

"AAA blockbuster titles" that make them more money. Nothing against games like God of War or Wolverine, but we need more variety than games like that on the platform. If the future of PlayStation is live service gun and ball games, with 1 or 2 award-seeking cinematic titles, I'm not excited (2/3)

Connor KDot @themissinglettr.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

Honestly, PlayStation has been making a lot of terrible decisions the past few years and killing physical games was the one it took for me to finally wake up and see it. They killed Bluepoint and Japan Studio, responsible for some of their most beloved games, because they wanted to focus on (1/3)

You're gonna enter the afterlife of your business if you don't bring discs back

Good. Let's be annoying about it. If rather be annoying than have all my decisions as a consumer taken away

Finally finished my replay of Breath of the Wild on the Switch 2. This game cleans up really nicely on modern hardware, and waiting 9 years to play it again really made it exciting to return to. 10/10 better than Tears of the Kingdom

Remember the massive protests back in 2023 against the use of gen AI in media? I thought it went without saying but that included ALL AREAS OF PRODUCTION. So many companies have admitted to using it to replace concept artists lately but saying "we promise we used real actors 🥺" Use real artists too
