First: I'm setting better #boundaries with people and finding ways to reclaim time for things that reguvinate me (special interests, movement, rest). Saying no and setting parameters on your energy is hard, but it is vital! #autistic

One of my favorite things to do as an #artist is to take an #artprompt and see not only what I can make of it, but also what others make of it! This #painting, the prompt was dual-duality. It is an older painting, so less refined, but I do love this one! Would love to see others interpret this!
