Back to lifting after a two month break. Man, I gassed out half way through my set. Didn’t have it in me to finish or do post workout stretching. Getting back into shape will be a long road.

Gonna be real with y’all. This is way more comfortable than having stuff shoved into your pockets.

Thank you 🙏 . I have one. They already gave me a lot of tips.

Duuude! Moran taing! Getting pretty late. Time to bed. Oidhche mhath! (Sorry if I butchered it. The last time I was learning Scottish Gaelic was in 2017 😅).

Dude! When I had my first one at the end of May I thought I was dying! I called an ambulance.

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

Thank you dude 🙏 . Not gonna lie, I am struggling with this new issue. So far not much progress since they started late May. They are pretty destabilizing. Sadly…I think I have observed what’s the trigger. Its whenever I get excited. Meaning, to stave them off, I just can’t feel happiness 🥲 .

I was having a 10 day „no panick attack” streak that ended today. I just worry that I will have it during a stream. Its scarry to come back to streaming.

I really like the leather belt. Got a small pouch hanging on it for my smartphone. I would really love some feedback from someone from #ireland or #scotland . Love you guys 🫶🇮🇪🤍💙🤍💙 [Scottish flag emoji :( ].

In other news…hope I don’t offend any Irish or Scottish people with this… I like wearing kilts! Well, this is not a kilt exactly. Just a towel. Currently only rocking this behind close doors - not brave enough to walk on the streets in this haha. But its sooo comfortable.

Haven’t posted in a while. I had to quit my job. To much stress. I think It actually traumatised me. I am now plagued by panick attacks. About two a week. Doing anything is slow. I have a hard time planning anything, cos’ managing the attacks is very draining. But I am working on comming back.

That's so nice - Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure only needs a single patched DLL (old Miles Sound System library) to work absolutely fine on modern systems!

Thanks dude. I'm alive, that's the only important metric, I guess. Gotta cling to that.

100

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

You can't breathe? Loose consciousness? It's "just" stress. You alive? Go back to work. When life goes hard on you guess I just have to be harder on myself. At least I got to ride an ambulance.

110

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 30/05/2026

I am honestly close to asking m supervisor to call an ambulance.

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 30/05/2026

Damn, my blood pressure is so low today...I don't feel my heart beat and pulse is just a distant memory. I'm two espressos and an energy drink in and still nothing. Gotta survive through this workday somehow. I get dizzy and short of breath from just walking 10 meters to the washroom.

110

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 30/05/2026

My heart doesn't like cardio 😅 . I was born with a heart condition. I'm doing slow but long walks though.

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 30/05/2026

Didn't stream this week because I felt sick. Beeing sick doesn't stop me from going to work though. Man, I hope I'll have some energy left for a workout after. My body is craving some movement and weights.

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

Honestly, I love the more modern right click to observe and left click to interact control scheme. The older verb GUI imho was made only to make some puzzles harder or more obtuse, like "oh you were supposed to PUSH instead of OPEN because the devs said so" solution.

TheMichaelThing @themichaelthing.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

I actually like this move a lot. Was at the cinema at it too!

My third workout session with my budget home gym. I am blasted! GF joined in this time. It was very fun to excercise together :) . Can't wait for the next one (I'm saying this a few hours post gym...I'g gonna regret every word tomorrow when the pain kicks in 😅).

Can’t agree but I agree to disagree. Some people are built different and that includes taste buds I guess. Or we could be eating different tomatoes 😅 . I love the taste of unaltered veggies and fruit (within reason - I won’t eat a raw potato 💀).
