Our older cat hides in the closet when there’s thunder or stupid fireworks. She starts moving real LOW first. Sometimes I have to open the closet door - if it’s closed too tightly - for her to get in. I feel so bad that I can’t convince her it’s okay, but I just let her be in there. 💔
