Christians constantly need to feed themselves "faith food" to survive, which includes things like like Church, studying the Bible, small groups, praying. etc.. In other-words, their religion need to be constantly patched with validation, reflection and reassurance, or the cracks would begin to show.

Ever notice how Christians only really get into the End Times when they are the ones in power? They use it to ignore other people's suffering (usually caused by them). When their opponents are in power, you never hear about the End Times, only about how they are being victimized.
