This current Wild West of short-form social sites reminds me of the Instant Messaging era of the early 2000’s…anyone remember Trillian?

Not seeing what this is referring to, anyone else? 🤔

These pictures from last year are unfortunately relevant again. NO WAR ON IRAN!

Interesting to see that #Apple is starting to roll back its change to the search bar text field interaction in #iOS26 in 26.4 beta to pre-26 behavior, starting with the App Store and the Games app. Experiment failed I guess? 🤷🏻

These disappearing & reappearing divider lines in Safari on iPadOS 26 are going to drive me crazy! And if you’ve got several tabs pinned, good luck quickly discerning which one is selected on a site with a dark background.

Apple's glass UI refresh revealed at #WWDC25 today is an accessibility nightmare from a contrast / readability POV. Creates unpredictable visuals that can unintentionally grab your eyes. Control center is now visually overwhelming and the bottom icons look activated/deactivated on this background.

Screenshot from an iPhone running iOS 26. Control center is open on top of the home screen. A new glass aesthetic creates transparency that adds unintended visual complexity.

*Whew* thank god iOS 26 still includes the field to add instant messaging info to your contacts. I'd hate to lose track of my friend's ICQ usernames!

What about the feature you use the least or wish could be improved? I could never quite get used to using the Activity Cards in Control Center, personally. Just a bit unpredictable at times 😅 #PlayStation #PS5 #UX #UI
