OH! and not to mention that we are wrapping up the writing on our first full length album of 11 songs!

The Lucidia Project @thelucidiaproject.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Our year has been insanely busy! We finalized our line up, we are playing out live frequently, working on visual media, selling merch. Needless to say we have accomplished a lot! Even though the grind can be hard and burnout is ever present. I am so grateful for this band, and how far it has come!

The ballad builds into something huge yeah.

110

The Lucidia Project @thelucidiaproject.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

It's got more dynamics. Many songs are very heavy. But a handful have breathing room. We also have a ballad on there. It's still metal. But we leaned into middle period katatonia (2003 thought 2016) and a perfect circles mer de noms as inspiration on how to write a dynamic album.

120

The Lucidia Project @thelucidiaproject.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

Think post rock meets alternative metal, throw on a string orchestra and some melodic death influences and you've got the next album. It's following a lot of the same musical blueprint as our songs soul killer and bloodlines... The melodic and symphonic stuff is still there .. just darker.

The Lucidia Project @thelucidiaproject.bsky.social · 18/07/2026

Damn, glad you like our music! We are writing an album of 11 songs currently.

You all are just so so talented, and it's so sad to see this happen... But it's even sadder to know that darkness behind the scenes ... There's bigger and brighter things ahead for you. And to the person who was responsible for all this? Karma will act as a judge and jury.

The Lucidia Project @thelucidiaproject.bsky.social · 30/06/2026

Had our last full rehearsal before our first show yesterday and we couldn't be more proud of how far we've come! This thing started as a studio project between Ben and I (Chase) and to find other musicians who are just as passionate about this music both warms my heart and humbles me...

The Phoenix to rise from the ashes. You are very VERY talented!

Wow... We are so so sorry you all went through this ... For us and our band, we have an open policy and everyone sees the financial/book side of things for reasons like this... Band life is hard enough without adding toxic and lying members... We have you in our thoughts and are praying for

Thank you! We are still going to keep our more simplified one, but adding a Luna moth just helps our branding!

Ok! We are at the part in our journey where we announce that we are ready to start playing out live! We are looking to start gigging in the Fargo Moorhead region. If anybody has any suggestions, or if there are any local bands that would like to play a show together, please hit us up!

We are excited to announce our new member! This is Justin and he will be on bass with us. Nick had to step down back due to a lot of commitments and time constraints, we will be forever grateful for his help. He brings laughter and talent to our group and we can't wait to hit the stage with him.

We LOVE opeth. They aren't as much of an active influence though. The extreme side of us is very influenced by dark tranquility, insomnia, paradise lost and my dying bride.
