It is the humanoid form that the Crystal Dragon in the Occult Crescent tranformed into after a group of adventurers defeated the beast in a Trial by Claw, seeing as she was completely unconcious then and now, these Adventurer's chose to bring the Crystal Dragon back into the Phantom Village.

But it has been days, and the Crystal Dragon hasn't as much as muttered a word in her slumber, yet she breathes and has a heartbeat, reason enough for the Expedition to care for her until the day she may awake.
