iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I wanna tag this with the yttd tag so it can gain more attention but I know antis will be the shit out of me for doing so

And the server can just happen to host soushin weeks / other ship weeks What do you yall think?

I’m thinking that since the soushin server got sent to oblivion due to inactivity (to my knowledge), I think it’s best to create server for yttd profic shipping, instead of just soushin, so it will be harder for it to go silent th day people don’t feel like soushining.

Sooo like SouShin week server is gone. Would any of you like to create a new server? I have one sketched out but it’s not much Doesn’t have to be just for soushin week, it can be for all things soushin or even a profic yttd community. #soushin #ソウシン #소우신

I know we're upset about itch, but they're not the only ones Payment processors harassed companies bc of a 1,000 email hate campaign But we can EASILY top 1,000! I prewrote an email + got the contact info - you just have to send! ↻💬♡ to boost We CAN make a difference 💕 #itch #censorship 1/🧵

Also if XGaster wanted Cross to be able to death roll (only underwater btw), he couldn’t have that reflex. But at the detriment of Cross’ mental & physical health. He is easily annoyed, gets angry fast, overreacts when his senses are overwhelmed, and sometimes his muscles cramp hard, chronic pain.

Forgot to add, but Cross here doesn’t has the tonic immobility reflex! XGaster thinks it is a fatal failure in evolution, such a easily exploitable weakness, to become immobile just because someone turned you upside down. So he did everything in his power to overwrite the reflex on Cross’ genetic

If you really like these ideas and the design, you can use them in your fanfics, fanarts, works, etc… but ONLY IF you credit me. That’s all I ask!

Don’t know if I should write a original character to fill the role of the ghost, pick an UTMV character, or make the ghost be XChara. I’m happy to listen to suggestions!

Now here’s where I’m indecisive about the story: I thought about making the ghost leviathan haunting Cross/his sword be XChara, it would fit really well with his canon counterpart. But I also want to write XChara as a human friend that met Cross while still in the lab.

More durable end extra super dangerous, being able to pierce anything. Despite belonging to a pile of dead bones, it still has a lot of magic in it, and since the owner was a very powerful being, why not make the ghost of it haunt its bones and therefore, Cross’ new sword?

About that sword - It is a tooth from a ancient leviathan, one that is even older then Nightmare. It is dead, but Cross managed to find its bones and make a sword out of one of its teeth. It’s red and black like that bc the leviathan had iron deposits in its teeth, making them

That’s pretty much all the contributors of Cross’ genetic! I hale a lot of ideas around this design and my personal take on Cross, and I do plan on writing a fanfic about Leviathantale Cross origin someday, though I need to think about some key plot elements first.

Orca • Intelligence • Communication skills • Ability to travel really long distances and deep waters • Agility and flexibility • Vocalizations • Coloration XGaster finds orcas fascinating, and loves their monochrome skin. So he put that on Cross as well.

Tiger shark • Ability to adapt to several different marine environments • Are not picky eaters • stripe patterns XGaster really likes the stripe patterns on tiger sharks, it gives them more individuality since most big sharks are plain blue gray with white undersides.

Electric eel • Ability to electrocute with high and low voltages Limited only to the tail, since thresher sharks use their tails for hunting. Cross can shock his pray with a tail slap, he can’t do that using other body parts. Visual representation is the tail structure

Saltwater crocodile • Can thrive in both fresh and salt water • hunting IQ • Tail muscles • Direct sunlight tolerance • Ability to perform a death roll • Can survive a really long time without food • Vocalizations

Mangrove Rivulus • High salinity & hot temperatures tolerance • Ability to breathe through its skin outside of water • Ability to retain water and nutrients on its body • Aggressive and territorial behavior • self-fertilization Visual trait on Cross is the fin structure

Antarctic Blackfin Icefish • Antifreeze glycoproteins for surviving freezing waters Visual trait representing the animal on Cross’ design is the red belly

Cross borrows a lot of genes from different animals to be able to do things and survive situations any normal shark would die on, The animals and the trais that they contribute are:

So he created Cross Cross was born in the lab from a artificial womb, he is a heavily modified/hybrid thresher shark. Made to be stronger, faster, bigger, and more aggressive then a regular thresher. But the modifications don’t stop there: they go on a molecular level.

In my head XGaster wanted to play god with nature and try to make a perfect creature, he chose mers for the experiment for a few reasons: • Closely related to Monsters • Life originated at sea • He met a particularly interesting mer that he wanted to impress • Secret reason
