My favourite pumpkin soup recipe! -500 gram pumpkin -1 sweet potato -1 onion -1 clove garlic -15 grams ginger -400ml veg broth -1 teaspoon cumin - lemon juice to taste For the topping: 1 leek Mushrooms Boil all top ingredients till soft. Blend. Fry topping ingredients. Add on last.
