I feel like we won’t ever know until we see a new one, I’m open to playing a new one and seeing how someone else interprets the world and builds a new story. I just wonder if it would be a case of like what DMC is to Devil May Cry, a reboot loved by some but hardcore fans would hate no matter what

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

Heck yeah! Excited to read this later when I get off work

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

I think it’s a very complicated answer. Metal Gear is one of the biggest franchises for Konami and while remakes of 1 and 2 will probably happen, they can’t live on those so someone eventually will have to take up a new game. Now would that have the same care and freedom of thought like Kojima had?

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

I’m so glad I got into The Duskbloods test, mainly so I know I can save my money because that game is not for me. It does run incredibly well and looks great though

Big Walk encouraging you to drift apart so you remember you really want to play together is some grade-A shit.

I would be interested to see how Pattinson’s Batman contends with a rouge with supernatural powers because from the rumors of 2 and the first movie, he hasn’t yet

Ive just been feeling so grateful for all the wonderful friends i have in my life, sometimes shit sucks out here but when I get to spend time with them it’s the best. Really hard to put into words for me sometimes

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 14/07/2026

I can’t stop thinking about the bird in palworld that I pick up and he shoots explosive eggs out of its ass. I love him I love getting to play this game with incredible friends

You ever just lose yourself in thinking how perfect of a movie Finding Nemo is?

000

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

One of the worst things is knowing that these exact stories are going to repeat next year. Xbox messed up so badly and to “fix” itself in one of the hardest times? They don’t have a chance and I feel bad for everyone laid off today and the people working there scared for the other shoe to drop

021

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

SHIT! Fucking hell, can these game companies just shut up and say something good for once

000

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

It really feels like In the next ten years, Xbox is going to stop existing.

If Undead Labs gets shut down I’m really going to be pissed. State of Decay is such a special game series to me

I should probably watch this show finally haha

110

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 29/06/2026

With Digital becoming the main place consumers get games, companies just don’t want or feel the need to drop games to a steeper sale price, heck I bought sekiro for 30$ last month because most of the new FromSoft games from the last ten years don’t go on deeper sales anymore

Roger Cummings @thelighttower.bsky.social · 29/06/2026

Started Fire Emblem: 3 houses and I think that game is the speaking to me in a way I haven’t had in a long time.
