I worked the Louisville Ole Miss Game. At the end we were waiting to close and a young her Ole Miss fan smarted off to an old Louisville fan who was probably 70’s as everyone was leaving. Want to know what it’s like to have a dog that is a mental head case? I don’t usually walk at dusk bc of the 3 dozen deer that come out for dinner & me being dinner for the mosquitos. Rollo immediately is scared by the sounds of bugs and freezes. Would not budge until I said the magic word.

I need a Dolly support group. I knew this day would hit hard but 💔. My Grandparents were the biggest Dolly fans. Mammaw just adored her. Both of them were poor country girls from the East TN mountains. Mammaw would sing Dolly. She held season passes to Dollywood. I grew up idolizing them both.

My daughter went to have breakfast w/her BF & her BFs grandma. She unknowingly got stuck going to church with them. Now that she’s my “adult” child, I don’t feel the need to hide my disdain for organized religion. I’ve been very supportive of her in the past going to church camp, Teen nights, etc.

My husband has been a huge UFC fan the entire time I’ve known him. I’ve watched many a fight with him. He’s also politically agnostic but he does think Trump is a chump. Even he refused to watch Klanchella Pedopallooza. That viewership had to be awful.

I just worked all 4 days of CMAs dealing with holes and drunks, getting home by 1:30 asleep at 3, including on my 50th birthday and my husband just asked me what’s for dinner just after I cleaned up the messy kitchen. I swear I’m ready to go live in my own tiny house. Love them but damn.

Took my kids to the 9/11 Memorial reflecting pools last week. I’m not a crier and not in front of my kids especially but I cried that day. To make it worse, Trump could still potentially be the POTUS on the 25th Anniversary of 9/11/01 this year. That’s truly disgraceful and disgusting.

My now 18 yo does her Senior Walk tomorrow back through her middle school and elementary school.
