It’s always amusing that cis people still somehow think estrogen makes your voice more feminine and will happily tell other cis people that it does. It doesn’t, at all, by the way. We trans women gotta put work into voice training.

Just keep in mind that right now you should probably keep the stream at about 3500-4000kbps while they're in a growth phase. I recommend streaming to them at 720p60/3500kbps for best results over the next week.

If you want get away from Amazon for streaming and not just move to another site that uses their infrastructure then this how you do it. Give @altstream.online a try. It took me less than 2 hours to get setup for multistreaming yesterday, and only a minute to make an account. altstream.online

There have been a lot of folk asking about our financials. So I think it's time we put out a statement. Please keep in mind this is something we are actively working on and details are subject to change.

godot is one of the best options nowadays especially given what we saw from Unity last year (2 years?) ago. Very safe option and capable option.

All the work Valve is doing on FEX is going to make these even better over time as well. Just like Valve has done with proton a lot of stuff that doesn't work now will slowly start to "just work" in the good way. The future is bright in some ways y'all.

As someone that started as a Fortnite streamer and had it as their comfort game for quite a while it is *SURPRISINGLY EASY* to ditch this game. Please stop playing slop game. Please.

And it has been this way since UE4 for sure. I haven't played enough UE3 games on PC to know for sure but the switch from UE4 to UE5 has been a nightmare in most games I've seen. If you're an indie dev please don't use UE. Please. I beg you. HDRP Unity has most of the graphic stuff you need.

The Last Seahorse @thelastsea.horse · 12/10/2026

As someone that plays a lot of indie games/demos I would much rather be playing games made in just about any other engine. UE can be reasonable (shocking I know) but the default state is a mess and it seems to need a more knowledgeable dev to get it to a reasonable state than the other engines.

Recently moved my AYN Thor to ArmadaOS and have been *SUPER* happy with it. It runs basically everything I want indie and emulation wise. Yes, I have the 16GB model so it is an expensive version but the future is here already. Just need hardware prices to drop for this to truly explode.

I mean, just look at Doom: The Dark Ages. Most AAA made by committee ass thing I've seen in a long time and it still sold *TONS* of copies with plenty of people calling it a "Great Game." And it would have done even better without all the forced raytracing graphics bullshit.

Self made problem. Enough consumers will eat up whatever slop you give them as a whole. They just need a personality to tell them to do it. They could release CoD with Xbox 360 graphics today and people would still buy it in droves if the gameplay isn't completely atrocious. </jaded asshole>

I was thinking about this recently. Even if you have a totally ethical, clean model it is still absolute poison to let it loose in the world. It is one of the oldest problems we face in a new coat of paint. LLMs are inherently neutral but they enable bad actors to disproportionate harm the world.
