@mikaelkasurinen.bsky.social Realizing my top three of games sorted by hours played and all achievements earned are games you worked on. 🙌🏻

I labeled graphic media to spoil it for others but my thoughts exactly!

So it turns out preloading Control Resonant was pointless because the hotfix that was pushed caused the whole game to be downloaded all over again. I love having slow Internet. 🙃

It took me nearly 80 hours to get there on the first game, looking forward to seeing if I'll be able to do it again for Resonant. 🤔

That takes care of Creaks, i really dug the journey through that elaborate underground structure and seeing all those bird folk. Very imaginative and beautiful work! @jakubamanita.bsky.social

Screenshot of Creaks Steam statistics. 10.7 hrs on record, last played on September 19th, achievement progress 28 of 28.

Here is the little darling by the way!

Little Nightmares was a charming little game, looking forward to giving the second one a whirl. Here's a clip where i very nearly escaped getting waterboarded like a dirty dish, i didn't intend to start climbing down the plates. 😭

Oh that explains a lot. Aamon Animations is the gift that keeps on giving.

I understand the impulse because they're still supporting the game but it's just not a good look giving any kind of equal footing to generative slop works when you have people putting their time and craft into actual art. More of this, less of the former.

Not thrilled about @playspine.bsky.social showing any engagement toward AI slop on IG🤨

Wrapped up Threshold, three absolute banger games from CR. Remaining Arctic Eggs achievements are lot more tricky so I'll return to those another time. Eclipsium next!

Activity from three games that I've played on Steam all published by Critical Reflex. Showing that I've got 14 of 14 achievements for Threshold with 4.5hrs on record last played Sept 6th, 9 of 16 achievements for Arctic Eggs with 2.7hrs on record last played Sept 4th and 18 of 18 achievements for Mouthwashing with 4.3hrs on record last played Sept 3rd.

@marcbernardin.bsky.social Love pulling up some info on a random Christopher Lambert film from the 90s and get Marc Bernardin'd. 🔥- this was for Resurrection (1999).

Marc Bernardin of Entertainment Weekly called the film "woefully derivative" but "well-crafted."

There was a Lemmings/Abe's Oddysee style game called Moons of Darsalon that really caught my eye, i added it to my wishlist i think before the AI disclosures were a thing. I was very disappointed checking up on it later to see this at the bottom of the page. 😔

Started the first episode of Chris Carter's Millennium and I'm hearing Piggy by Nine Inch Nails. Very 90s, very seedy. We're off to a great start!

My favourite moment was probably coming across the timeline whiteboards. Second favourite moment the chalkboard at the university. Third favourite was when you find this guy.

Finished a playthrough of killer7 for the first time, I'm in awe of what an odd and exceptional experience it was. I'm sure I'll be trying to wrap my head around it for years to come, this is the kind of art that just makes you want to lay on the floor and be consumed by it's narrative and style.
