Guess who is going in to UwU tonight

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

New Carrd for Comet and her story is now up! A lot of under construction stuff still but done enough I'm willing to share it. #scionsdawn #theladymeteor thescionsdawn.carrd.co

*while setting up a new carrd for Comet’s story* “Section 1 is Scion’s Dawn which is Comet’s story.” “Section 2 is Scion’s Dawn AU where everything is the same except Meteor is there.”

Originally was Psyche but did more research into greek mythology and narrowed it down to possible names SE could give Meteor/Hiroshi’s Azem. And while I think they did use it, decided on Artemis for Comet’s ancient instead #theladymeteor

My static is at the tail end of prog for UwU and the raid lead did say I can bring an alt through so soon, Comet will have ultimate weapons 👀

If you’re curious on my full thoughts of DT, I started a thread on my main I’ve been adding to between work tasks

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Black Mage is finished! I will likely stick with my original plan and use BLM over the new phys ranged, even if that job would fit better pattern wise. Comet will be the second character I take through EC, so maybe I’ll change my mind after actually playing through it

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

Sudden realization as Im leaving the zoo: EC is looking like a HW 2.0 DRG and RPR share gear MCH was Comet’s HW job BLM matches RPR aesthetically But the new Phys Ranged would fit the pattern more

I got that demo for that game Character House. And made Comet

Ah, wait. It hasn't been two weeks yet. I'll post again another day!

Trying to talk myself out of making yet another alt

100

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Mentioned on my main account already, but Im currently working on a goal (which is my lack of posts here) and its clearing an Ultimate! For Comet specifically, it would be to get her at least one if not two weapons from said Ultimate, and just regular leveling/gearing

Anyone have a shader recommendation for something thats subtle? So many I find that are labeled good for gameplay or "natural" have so many blur and bloom effects going on 😔

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

My favorite thing about people that have a Meteor/Hiroshi WoL in game is all the same headcanons everyone seems to have about him

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Apologies for lack of posting here. I’ve been Ult progging 👀 If all goes well, I can hopefully get Comet a weapon or two too

000

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

I found myself getting more attached to Comet than expected. I figured she’d be like any other alt and after a day or two, I would toss her aside once I got it out of my system. Not only did I put so much work into her jobs, she ended up with companions, a backstory, a full on story.

New game+ run is going at a decent pace I think. About to take on Leviathan! Probably won't get all the way through DT before Evercold, definitely should have started this sooner but it has been fun revisiting the earlier story

Man Im glad I started over in Fields of Mistria with 1.0 release. I always find these more fun at the start when you have to work towards everything

000

Comet Survivor @theladymeteor.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

I guess if I wanna raid going forward it will have to be with the new difficulty coming in Evercold. Ultimates might be out of my reach too. I just can’t commit to extra practice in PF, especially once school starts back up.

I am curious if I’ll be able to properly enjoy EW in the New Game+. My grandmother was in the final stages of Lewy body Dementia during that expansion and we were her caretakers so, you know, basically watched her pass away. Its not that I didn’t enjoy EW, its theme was just hard to connect with.
