Railjack Steel Essence got nerfed in Warframe. While the Eximus drops were absolutely not balanced, 2/mission (unaffected by boosters) is too low. I would favour +1 per proxima tier (2 on Earth, 5 on Uranus, 8 on Veil) to acknowledge the longer duration of those missions.

Since the days of slash/viral or bust are behind us, some don't recall the power of Corrosive Projection. A max armor enemy has 10x EHP thanks to armor. One of these auras makes that 5.4x. Two players and it's 3.6x. Three for 2.6x, four for 1.9x. Stack them up for ~5x damage!

Ability card for Pacify and Provoke in Warframe. The stats show modified values including maximum efficiency, highly increased range, but minimum strength. Notably the enemy Damage Multiplier is changed from 0.5x to 5x, massively increasing enemy damage instead of reducing it.

You can silence all primaries and secondaries in Warframe to make enemies oblivious to your shots. A silent rocket launcher is indeed a thing! It's a little harder to make gunblades go unnoticed, mind you. No mod for that.

Fun fact, there is such a thing as "too much damage" in Warframe. This is when you have to refer to the ee.log file to know just what level of crime against game balance you committed. Why do I have this on hand? No reason...

If you use the Warframe accessibility setting to continuously fire semi-auto weapons, you may have noticed it stop working with Isleweaver. As a temporary workaround, enable it for BOTH mouse and controller to restore functionality.

Do some videos look blocky and low quality? YouTube may give you a poor format, but you can fix this in 20 seconds! In your browser go to settings. Navigate to the Playback and performance section. Switch to Prefer AV1 for SD. This should give you the cleaner VP9 format on 720p and above.

With update 38.6, Valence Formation and similar now correctly boost status proc damage. They're always an element bonus, additive with element mods for direct AND proc damage. It no longer adds to status proc damage mods. These buffs are still non-combining. As such this now seems fully fixed!

DE have announced that Archon Shards will have different secretion costs for removal per colour, and normal (ie non-Tau) shards will have their removal cost halved! This should make the Bile demands in Helminth much lower, and costs overall more manageable. Bets on Crimson being the Bile shard?

There's a variety of squad-buff abilities in Warframe which unintentionally impede builds or gameplay. Nourish overloading weapons with viral, Speed causing uncomfortable movement... Imagine if you could open your pause menu and under show profile it had "Disable buffs" for that player specifically

I polled on YouTube how much of story quests to include in the Zero to Hero series. If we rate these options at 100%, 2/3, 1/3, and 0% story inclusion, this poll averages to 68% or about 2/3 of the story to be included. For those in the lower 18%, I understand you skipping through

Poll summary entitled "For the Dan series, how much do you want to see of the more story based quests". Results are 29% for lots, keep all the scenes and lines, 53% for bits but cut out lines that matter less, 10% for little, keep only the minimum, and 8% for none, focus only on Dan's gameplay and progress. The poll is dated 28th January 2025.
