I also rocked the whole goth look back then. This is me as a sophomore at UNM. I would've been about 19 in this photo. #DarkWave #goth #throwback

There's a lot of noise out there right now--talk of tariffs, trade wars, and the treat of an economic recession or worse. If you've been feeling anxious about what this means for you or your business, take a deep breath. You are not the stock market. Your purpose is not tied to corporate America. 1/

I'm dissatisfied with the status quo. This used to be difficult for me. I couldn't understand why things were so fucked up and felt powerless about it. Then, I realized that rather than waiting for someone to come fix it, maybe I could be that person. 1/ #spirituallifecoach #bethechange #lifepurpose

We need community now more than ever. I've always sought out, worked to build, and advocated for community. I have an active community channel in my human design chart, which means my need for community is built in. #community #socialconnection #lifecoach 1/

One of the main reasons I started using positive psychology as a #lifecoach is that too often clients get overly focused on what's wrong in their lives. I've found that focusing on what is right and working to create more of it helps clients move through their blocks with more ease and #joy.

Some years ago, they set up a "Tour the Colon" display in an empty space in our mall. Here's my husband standing next to the sign.
