Inita Rant#18 Something to switch up your time line!!!! OHHHH by the way now that I got your attention; Those are the Cornell 7 and they deserve every minute of chaos and unrest ALONG with the other frat bros who didn’t say anything in the chat! #NoJusticeNoPeace Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #17 IMO, If you are going to use AI on a drag artist image for flyer or an AI generated moving image, (when they take a still photo and ai generates it moving); 1) Ask the artist permission to do so 2) Make sure the damn face of the artist still looks like them LAWD! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #15 IMO no one is owed anything except that which they put the time and work for. That’s why they’re called privileges when it’s free. Don’t abuse those “privileges” you get at places of work in nightlife, especially when you’re at a venue on your night off!! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #14 IMO Being a drag artist doesn’t mean you’re a great host! Being an AMAZING successful drag artist most likely does! I’m Just Saying 🤗 Xoxo 💋 Inita D #bookedandblessed #DragQueen

Inita Rant #13 IMO if you are now comfortable with being uncomfortable especially when managing employees and problem solving you shouldn’t be a nightlife manager/program director. Managing talent can mean having uncomfortable conversations with them to find solutions to an issue. Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #12 IMO if you are trying to book a drag artist for your company’s Pride event in support of the LGBTQ+ community. Do not try to pay them for their time and talent with a coupon/gift bag of your company’s products especially during pride month. Coupons don’t pay the rent!! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #11 IMO If you book me for a performance/gig and we have agreed upon my obligations/job description for said gig, DO NOT ask me to do extra work without extra pay!!! Drag is a business and an EXPENSIVE one no matter how cheap you try to make it! Xoxo 💋 Inita D #Bookedandblessed

Inita Rant #10 IMO sometimes you don’t get the gig NOT because you aren’t talented (because you are) but because they don’t know you. Networking is key within this industry so remember that before you take it personal. It will help elevate unnecessary stress and worry! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #7 IMO! If a certain genre of music is not your “style” to perform to, then do not take the gig UNLESS you are willing to push your comfort zone and respect that genre in your performance!!!! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #6 IMO just because a drag artist is sharing their shitty experience working with you to another coworker in the dressing room, DOESNT always mean they are talking shit about you. YOU could’ve just been a shitty person to work with! 🤷🏽‍♀️ Recognize the difference! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #5 IMO Drag Artist the best part of a Drag roulette is when it’s a song you don’t know, cause you have the opportunity to just be silly or play with that moment. Perform the song don’t just only do the songs you know. It’s a Roulette NOT a premade megalist! Well …. 👀 Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #4 IMO……WASH YOUR UNDERGARMENTS! & clean your costumes or at least vodka/water spray them. Nothing is more unpleasant then when a patron goes to tip or hug you and they are greeted by your funk BEFORE they even get to hug you! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita rant #3 IMO. If you are tipping me and I go to receive your tip, with my hand out, do NOT wave it around my hand like I’m a f**king dog playing fetch. ESPECIALLY when it’s only 1 DOLLAR, girl you can keep it. Low key it’s degrading… What you think? Xoxo 💋 Inita D #InitaRant #DragQueen

Inita Rant #2 IMO…. If you are a female identifying person especially a cisgendered woman do not put your hands all over or grope me at my shows! Unless I give consent or invite you to do so! Xoxo 💋 Inita D

Inita Rant #1: Do not book a drag show at your venue if your sound system isn’t loud enough to cover the sound of my heels clacking on the floor when I dance! 👠 Xoxo 💋 Inita D
