Ereinion manoeuvred the smith so that he could pull his robe up over his hips, revealing the elf's underclothes. There was some redness beneath the fabric, where the king had aimed at the back of Tyelpë's thighs. He struck again.

Ereinion noticed the check-in but did not address it - in the past, it had taken him out of the dominant persona he took on during their scenes. Instead, he waited a few seconds and, when the smith leaned into his touch, his mind was put at ease - it was fine to carry on with the scenario.

The king nodded thoughtfully before removing his crown and placing it safely aside. He did the same with his long, golden, ornate cloak, then returned to the blacksmith, tangling his fingers in the elf's hair once more. "You were," he agreed, his voice calm but with the slightest edge to it.
