Not gonna lie, fam... Life has been rough lately. My physical health took a dive about 3 weeks ago and I've been struggling to recover or even just manage my illnesses at a liveable level 😩 My mental health is "fine" but definitely nowhere near okay. But we *keep moving forward* 🫶 We love you ❤️

The vet said this should be the last procedure he should need and the rest is just time to heal. I hope so 😭 the poor baby has been through so much since we found him 🥺 I just want him to be happy and healthy 🥹

He had a piece of tooth that traveled into his respiratory tract causing issues. They also had to suture his gums closed because they didn't heal correctly after his teeth removal. They said he said CUPS 💔 They fixed him up, gave meds, and we're home now. My poor baby 😭

Back at the vet with Huey 🥺 Poor baby has ANOTHER infection 😭 Administered gas so they could look in his mouth. They removed a small part of his gums. He's in so much pain 💔 They gave him shots here and meds for home. I just feel so bad for him 💔 Another $275 💸 Worth it for him to get better 🥺

This week felt like a month 😩 But it's #FuckOffFriday and I'm hoping I can turn my brain off after work and recover a little bit. Huey has a follow up vet apt tomorrow. He's been acting weird and not eating enough. Worried 💔 Wish us luck, making it through the day. We love you ❤️

I was just telling my partner that I miss the barter system. I grew up being raised by my great grandmother, born in 1911. So in the late 80s, early 90s I was learning about that and we used to trade with her neighbors all the time. It was lovely. Money is literally the worst thing to ever exist.
