How does a Bubble Barrier work? ⚙️ We create a bubble curtain by pumping air through a perforated tube, which creates an upward current directing plastic to the surface. By placing it diagonally across the river, the flow of the water will push the plastic to the side and into the catchment system.

Did you know that over 90% of plastic is never #recycled? 🧃 Of 350 million tonnes produced yearly, only 9% gets recycled. Many plastic items end up in rivers, like this bottle cap. Recycling alone will never be the ultimate solution. We need to focus on prevention, reduction and cleanup.
