Clearly doesn't know how to cook or freeze single servings. I regularly cook for 4 or more and freeze the leftovers. The hard part is remembering to thaw them and Eat!

Tonight's farm share included parsnips, sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, and tomatoes. The corn has already been roasted & devoured. The parsnips have been sliced into a crockpot with maple syrup, ginger, & galangal.
