I'm so psyched. It feels like this was announced over a year ago. Long overdue for the 8th Doctor.

It's taking a long time but I'm finally mounting my autographed posters. If you knew how much I hate hanging things up on the wall, you'd be impressed. I did it

I was so psyched for this the moment I saw the image on BF's website months ago!

This may be my FAVORITE Angel use aside from their 1st appearance. unrelated, I remember thinking how cool it would have been if the Fugitive Doctor had rescued Claire and Professor Jericho from the Sontarans and they became her companion. Not as powerful of Jericho dying of course.

As much as you both should be brought up on charges for making me revisit Enterprise (to a lesser extent, ST:NG and Voyager), you also should be praised for having such a fun podcast. But you're still sadists. 😉

I think y'all are into S&M. And clearly I am too because you trick me into watching this show. Some A.I. brainwashing crap I'm sure 😵‍💫. Great observation about how Travis and Hoshi are treated throughout the series. Regressive Trek. Captured Paramount will probably bring this series back.

It's kind of funny that the second time I take a picture is for another Dan Pinn guest spot. This felt cheery and uplifting. And it was nice to see one of my favorite Doctors (asshole though he was) get so much love. It took me 2 days to listen, but that was because I was trying not to miss anything

I remember you too having such a good conversation about Dan's number one and Christopher H. Bidmeade in general. It was a conversation that makes me think you should consider a retrospective on that head writer and his run in general.

Double holy moly! I know a cybermat when I see one. But humans love a device that can do more than one thing. Making toast will override self-preservation 😞

TODAY, I’m older than one of my brothers & a nephew will ever be. Some days I feel young—until the mirror disagrees. After 20 stressful months fearing I wouldn’t reach a retirement milestone, I did. And the universe seems determined to remind me: I’m not meant to be alone. Ignoring my protests

Holy crap! You weren't kidding about how pissed Nyssa is in this story! I confess I do enjoy seeing the side of her. Though honestly, this could have been Tegan as much as Ace

Note: faithful listener, the Fraser Hines comment comes from the latest chronology corner. 🤣🤣🤣

I have a way to get you higher ratings & not offend certain listeners. I'm creating an app called the "De-Saucy-fier." It would play your podcast & change things like "Frazer Hines edging" to "Frazer Hines engaged in intense Self-Examination." On second thought, this would LOWER your ratings. 🤔

It was good! It even had me revisit the audio

I may listen to this audio (Winter Adept) to see if I catch the 7th Doctor & Ace synergy. 🤯

Luke, Mark — loved this. I never skip it when I revisit the first 50. Totally agree about the narration/description; that’s why I 💖 the 1st 3rd Doctor boxset with Treloar & Manning. Was sad when they dropped the light narration. Hope Robophobia is in the queue — it’s one of my comfort listens.

Sending a text to announce someone's passing can be tricky. Especially when the name is so similar to your uncle. 🤦🏾‍♂️. I thought my siblings had figured this out by now.

Also, I'm going to try to track down this infographic book. It sounds like something one would love flipping through. Again, what in the effing heck is number four? *Throws desk over* 😁

TheFutureIs4Everyone @thefuture4everyone.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

🤬 What in the H-E-double hockey sticks is number #4? I went back twice to make sure I didn't miss it. Which is making this work. Unpaid WORK! Maybe if I go back a 3rd time I'll realize I just missed it. 🤦🏾‍♂️ #5. 🤩. Love this discussion! I'm always impressed when I rewatch this. & ____ was ethereal.

There's a point where we have to look at ourselves and ask why we elevate a narrative that these are just people who don't want to work.

Imagine getting the tender for a new season of Doctor, Who. What would that season look like (I literally have imagined my own LOL)? Your holiday special must be a new year special. Though you are not blocked from having a Christmas special as well.

By the way, I have a very conservative Christian coworker listening to your podcast. Every now and then he reaches out to tell me how hard he's laughing at some of the episodes.

020

TheFutureIs4Everyone @thefuture4everyone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Holy crap! Other people can hear the voices too? 😮‍💨. But I agree, the poor guy only has this podcast to listen to out of the many others (not as high on the charts of course). Which is why they chose the non PG-13 podcast. Can you invite him to do an episode? I'll get the popcorn ready.
