This is sad to see. Maybe the next game you make can be about Golem Turtles. 🤣

I’ve never played the pc game…but a mix of Chvátil and Holek designing together has me very interested. I’m pretty sure I’ll either back An Infamous Traffic or get it in retail whenever that happens. I’m going to watch the @heavycardboard.bsky.social playthrough to make up my mind on that!

Does being a publisher based out of MN come with any advantages or disadvantages, or does location not matter much in this industry?

The follow up should be, but the inflation under Biden was directly due to the bungling of Covid under Trump. That ends the “…but Biden” theory they always bring up.

Hmm. If we are both thinking of the same game, I took the designer’s statement to be very different. In the BGG post he wrote, he sided with the audience and talked about overall how disappointed he was about the AI and in turn got the whole project to be audited for AI art. Maybe 2 different games?

It was my first time playing it. A modern rule book would definitely help… and figure out a way so it doesn’t look so busy on the table (or maybe that is part of the charm). But I really enjoyed it quite a bit.

Went with the decade old Feld classic, AquaSphere, for game night. It looks super complex but it is actually a rather simple rule set. If you are a fan of Feld games, you’ll probably like this one too! #boardgames
