games like Witcher 3, GoW: Ragnarök, and even Untitled Goose Game were more desperation picks. I enjoyed them, don't misunderstand, but they were generally the best of a bad lot. Winner by virtue of their opponents being so sub-par that they won by default.

I'm recovering a bit, to pass the time I filled out one of those GOTY grids (only games I've actually played). Holy heck, it got hard towards the end. 2021 was dire! I checked a ton of lists and charts, so many games I didn't even play, let alone enjoyed, so it remains blank as a statement

probably the socialising. I was careful to not show who else was in there besides Sunny, but chances are they're perhaps more people like her (or Rosie), awkward at first, but it's nice to meet new people, none of whom care about her diapers or their own. Everyone's a friend there

I dare say the occasional cheap or wonky diaper got through, I think a few of us have experienced a peeling tape before. It sucks, so she just has to make the best of it (sticky tape, staples, tying it in a knot, whichever works best), then try and get a fresh diaper ASAP.

she's a mummy's girl, so she'd be trying to help out as best she can. She can cook relatively ok, and tries to keep the house clean and laundry done. Mum, of course, keeps telling her not to, but she appreciates it. Sunny likes to help, but she wants to know she's a good girl when she does

she's normally dislikes getting babie-I mean, waited on, but when she's sick, she doesn't really have the energy to fight back. If you want to spoon feed her or hold a drink for her, it's easy when she's under the weather. At least she gets to read and sleep a lot, two things she enjoys.

as a kid, I'm pretty sure my favourite was Parasaurolophus. I remember having a little green plastic model of one, felt like it could easily be the hero of a game. Think Ecco the Dolphin? that kind of idea. There's others too, Megalosaurus, Baryonyx, a bunch of cool dino's to pick from

grin and bear it =p I don't really have a fix or a cheat, I just self pity in a puddle of snot and sweat until it goes away, then I get a decent night's sleep and feel a little better. Fever dreams and fluctuating temps ruin most nights more than the symptoms do

I ought to find a 'sick' movie. Mostly it's stuff I can just leave on and not mind missing, maybe multiple episodes of a tv show? I once had Return of the Jedi on when I was sick, I crawled into bed, but the menu sfx kept playing over and over, and I was too weak to get up to turn it off T_T

just water for the most part. Doesn't help that much, but when you wake up at 2am and your throat is burning, water is the best thing to hand. Otherwise it's just my usual drinks, like orange juice or soda, any hydration is good, but I try to concentrate on water the most.

like hot drinks, I'm not a soup person either. Scalding hot liquid burning my mouth, and everyone slurps it (I hate noisy eaters/drinkers). I much prefer porridge over soup. I do like collecting Lego and retro games. Both are expensive, so I tend to favour what I really want vs 'everything'
