felt the urge to redesign my namesake, i'm a lot happier with this design than the previous armor is a lot more fun to draw when you understand how to do it

Eirwyn & Marie ❄️🍂 #art #indieanimation #digitalart #ocs #ocart

Rough sketches of my characters Eirwyn and Marie from my Indie project Frozen Heart. Marie is teasingly bumping her shoulder into Eirwyn who looks unamused.

Below is Eirwyn in her monsterous deer form, snarling and bearing her sharp teeth.

art is about: not creating stuff in an attempt to reach to others, but being so confident and genuine in what you create, that you know it will reach those who it needs to reach. What you create honestly is what matters, the rest will follow. Art already is a shared endeavor by nature

But I'm leaving out a lot of context and I don't want the idea to be "Art is about reaching others" and nothing else. When I created that art, I was being entirely self-indulgent, and portraying my own beliefs unashamedly, not caring if it would be unpopular or ignored. And I think THAT is what+

there’s also a small dating sim aspect to the game as well, but i’ve never really messed around with it. i think there’s like a few different options in the main story? and then the DLCs both offer new things to do as well. there’s no like police/fd work, but there’s more things to do in 4 than 5.

where do the days go @theeverguardian.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

you can build relationships in the game with certain characters and like actually do shit with them. like the meme of Roman always calling to ask to go bowling is founded in fact; Niko’s friends will call to do things with you, which builds either a positive or negative relationship

where do the days go @theeverguardian.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

i loved the story and the interactions (while sometimes short) in between the characters of 4. the relationships Niko makes with them in the main story feels genuine, added by the constant phone calls lmao the map is smaller than 5’s, but the world feels so more alive because of it.

it’s dialogue has…aged, and the driving has a learning curve to it, but it’s genuinely the best story + characters, also the DLC slapped i would 100% recommend a 60fps mod if you’re playing PC also.
