That illegal shift penalty was only 5 yards, that's a great improvement over our numerous 10 yard holding calls. And improvement is our North Star.

You know, it was tough to challenge that spot. I respect the hard work of our officials. They're laser focused on holding calls and they should be. I can't control what calls they make though. That's part of their own journey. I'm on my journey with Mr. Kraft.

We thought hard about penalties in meetings this week. They're really low hanging fruit where we can shift the paradigm to get some tailwinds out there. Unfortunately once the players take the field it's on them to remember what we built concensus on.
