theeprom9.bsky.social @theeprom9.bsky.social · 07/10/2026So the final layout is here. The switcher will allow me to switch in two drives at once to the greasewheazle. The 5 1/4 drives will be one pare & the 1.44MB drive will be the second. I will make the DB25 sockets not in use available at the back of the unit. This will allow me to add other drives. 000

theeprom9.bsky.social @theeprom9.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Changed mine out for a semi pro system as that was one of the meany issues annoying me. 000
theeprom9.bsky.social @theeprom9.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Been a while since I last pulled out this computer. Salvaged it back at uni. Going to use it as a disk alignment tool for fixing the 5 1/4 floppy drives. Has a bios old enough to communicate with them. 010

theeprom9.bsky.social @theeprom9.bsky.social · 04/10/2026I made a mistake. I opened the Toshiba T3100/20. I forgot how much of a pain in the ass this was to work on. Drive is fucked, needs a solid state replacement. 000
theeprom9.bsky.social @theeprom9.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Been playing with floppy drives. Fixed a head I fucked. Also tested & confirmed my stash or 3 1/2 drives still work. Got one 360K & 1.2MB 5 1/4 drive working, mostly needed cleaning. 000

theeprom9.bsky.social @theeprom9.bsky.social · 17/08/2026Not really used any. Used some back as an under vote when I tested my airbrush on five imortals. It offers better adhesion but is not strictly nesseery for Warhammer. 000
theeprom9.bsky.social @theeprom9.bsky.social · 17/08/2026Been doing a ton of Warhammer painting lately. The 3D printed seenaery painted up nice & looks really good with the use of my new airbrush. Still used the brush for the fine details. 130
