Our rubs beat Danno’s in a rib-rub competition last week. They’re a much-much bigger brand than us with a lot more resources, but they also cost way more per ounce. Like 3x more. But we won. 🙌🏼

This was sorta that way. Did reverse sear since they were thicker with some brisket meat in there. I’ve gone zero sear too and as long as the fat content is strong, it works well! But you do miss out on the drippings flare.
